Luxury Home with Pool, Pickle Ball and Hot Tub

GENERAL GUIDELINES * PETS A pet fee of $120 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets ( under 40 pounds). Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 pet fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes damages, additional charges will incur to cover repairs or cleaning costs. Please pick up after your pet on the grounds. *AGE REQUIREMENT Primary Guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. *FOOD AND DRINK No food or drink is permitted in the bedrooms. (closed water bottle/container is ok). Extra cleaning fees may incur for stains. *SMOKING Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the home. A $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover odor removal or repair. *TRASH Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure *DAMAGES Report any and all damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement of costs. *DISHES Load the dishwasher and run it before departure. *WINDOWS Keep all windows closed for security. *STORAGE CLOSETS Please stay out of the storage closets. Do not take Supplies *TOWELS Please use towels provided and leave them when you depart. Our cleaners take a towel inventory and you will be charged for any missing pool or bath towels *FURNITURE AND DECOR Please do not rearrange furniture or decor. *PARTIES AND EVENTS Unauthorized parties are not allowed. Violations will result in additional charges and early termination of your stay. *QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10 pm til 8 am. Please be respectful to our neighbors. POOL and HOT TUB RULES *Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk. By using the pool or hot tub , guests acknowledge and agree that they are using the amenities at their own risk. * For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. * Guests are not allowed to use the pool or hot tub if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. * Please make sure no soaps, oils, or lotions are brought into the pool or hot tub. This maintains the cleanliness and quality of the water for all guests. *Please do not engage in rough play or diving, etc. for your safety. * Any damage to the pool or Hot Tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guests. EXTRAS LATE CHECK OUTS/EARLY ARRIVALS 1-2 hours $100 2-3 hours $100 Note: Early arrivals and late check outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Lost & Found / Item Return Policy We understand that sometimes personal items are accidentally left behind, and we’re happy to help reunite you with your belongings whenever possible. * Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of your checkout date if you believe you left an item behind. * Item Handling: We will make every reasonable effort to locate and secure your item; however, we cannot guarantee recovery. * Return Shipping Fee: A $50 handling and mailing fee will be required to cover packaging, processing, and shipping costs. * Shipping Method: Items will be returned via a standard carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS) with tracking provided. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge. * Unclaimed Items: Items not claimed within 14 days may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.
